If you are looking for a royal review of your cabin or castle, then Camelot Inspections is the home inspection company for your complete inspection needs. We offer full home inspections, radon gas testing, water testing, septic dye testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and lead-based paint review. Other services include review of multi-unit buildings, light commercial properties, and listing inspections. We have a variety of discounted package pricing for multiple inspection needs.

A Home Inspection involves the general review of the electric, plumbing, heating, structure, and roof systems. In the course of the home inspection additional features of the home will also be included in the review (i.e. operating kitchen appliance, opening/closing windows and doors, etc.). The inspection does not focus on cosmetic issues or other minor maintenances (i.e. plaster cracks at walls/ceilings, cracked single pane windows in older homes, cracked tiles, non-professional painting, etc.).
